The regular routine cleaning includes but is not limited to the following: Counters wiped; cupboard fronts wiped; dusting all flat surfaces, baseboards, windowsills, knick-knacks, lamps and lampshades, light fixtures high touch areas; sweep, mop or vacuum floors, all toilets and sinks secured, all showers and tubs cleaned, hardwood floors mopped, doorknobs and doors cleaned; outside refrigerator and outside dishwasher wiped down, microwave cleaned inside and outside; beds made and garbage emptied.

TruValue Cleaning Services' cleaning technicians will provide all cleaning supplies. Kindly leave a broom, mop, and/or vacuum out for the cleaning technician if you need your floors swept, mopped or vacuumed.

Our cleaning technicians are able to clean if you are home or not. If you’re not going to be home, please make arrangements for us to get into the home.
Yes, the minimum booking time is 4 hours.
We will provide 1 cleaning technician for a 4 bedroom home. For, more than 4 bedrooms, 2 cleaning technicians will be provided.

Please contact us within 24 hours of the completion of your cleaning appointment.
If you or your children get sick with a contagious illness (i.e. the flu, a cold, pneumonia, chicken pox, COVID 19 etc.) please call and reschedule your cleaning. Even though we sanitize your house, it is possible that we might transport germs to the next house or become sick ourselves. And to be fair to all our customers we prefer to wait until you are well again. On our end, we may call in sick as well to protect you and your family.
Yes. We understand that stuff happens. For whatever reason, you may need to reschedule your cleaning. In these instances communication is key. Please call, text or email as soon as you know that there is a conflict and we will do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the earliest convenience. If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
As long as we have a 48-hour notice there will be no rescheduling or cancellation charge. Rescheduling less than 48 hours of your appointment is possible but there is a rescheduling fee of $50.
Yes. As long as we have a 48-hour notice there will be no cancellation charge. For same day cancellation, 50% of the cleaning value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel 4 hours before cleaning or when the cleaning technician has arrived at your home, 100% of the cleaning value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
We aim to be on-time for every appointment. However stuff happens - traffic accidents, or inclement weather conditions. If your cleaning technician will be late, you will be contacted to let you know their estimated time of arrival.
If your cleaning is scheduled to occur on a statutory holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your cleaning service.
Our cleaning technician's will treat your home and belongings with the utmost care. If an incident occur during the cleaning service we will contact you immediately to advise you. Every effort will be made to repair or replace the item.
