At TruValue Cleaning Services, we started this business with a passion for providing a clean and healthy home and office space for our clients. Our team of experienced cleaning technicians is dedicated to delivering high-quality cleaning services that exceed our clients' expectations.
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or just one time cleans. Our cleaning services are customizable to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Our team of cleaning technicians is experienced, insured, and background-checked to ensure the safety and security of our clients' homes and offices. We take pride in providing a consistent, reliable, efficient and trustworthy service.
We offer our clients - weekly, bi-weekly or monthly maintenance cleaning that we provide for our regular recurring cleaning clients. For the Maintenance (Regular) cleaning we use our Short Pack (Caddy) and accessories. Maintenance (Regular) cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: Quick walkthrough, wipe surface of fridge, microwave and dishwasher; counters wiped; cupboard fronts wiped; dust all flat surfaces; baseboards and window sills dusted; blinds dusted; all floors swept, vacuumed and mopped; sanitize all high touch surfaces; all sinks and toilets scoured; all bathtubs and showers cleaned; vanities wiped down; knick-knacks dusted ; and remove and dispose of all garbage.
We offer our clients a Deep Cleaning Package using our Tall Pack equipment. This package include separate cleaning tasks that do not occur on a Maintenance (Regular) Clean. Deep Cleaning is typically done four (4) times per year. Deep cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: Cleaning cobwebs, ceiling fans, recessed lights, baseboards, 6-panel doors and high-rise shelves and similar projects.

Yes, all of TruValue Cleaning Services' cleaning technicians are fully insured for your peace of mind.
The regular routine cleaning includes but is not limited to the following: Counters wiped; cupboard fronts wiped; dusting all flat surfaces, baseboards, windowsills, knick-knacks, lamps and lampshades, light fixtures high touch areas; sweep, mop or vacuum floors, all toilets and sinks secured, all showers and tubs cleaned, hardwood floors mopped, doorknobs and doors cleaned; outside refrigerator and outside dishwasher wiped down, microwave cleaned inside and outside; beds made and garbage emptied.

TruValue Cleaning Services' cleaning technicians will provide all cleaning supplies. Kindly leave a broom, mop, and/or vacuum out for the cleaning technician if you need your floors swept, mopped or vacuumed.
Payment can be made via cash, cheque, e-transfer or credit cards - Visa or Mastercard only.
Your cleaning services is due on the day of your cleaning.
No, tipping is not required for your cleaning services.
No, we do not do laundry.
Our cleaning technicians are able to clean if you are home or not. If you’re not going to be home, please make arrangements for us to get into the home.
Yes, the minimum booking time is 4 hours.
We will provide 1 cleaning technician for a 4 bedroom home. For, more than 4 bedrooms, 2 cleaning technicians will be provided.

We do NOT provide the following cleaning services: Any human or pet waste (bodily fluids); rodent or vermin droppings; exterior windows, balconies or garage bins.
We aim to please. If for any reason, at any time you are not 100% completely satisfied, please call us immediately at (416) 473-6239 and we will do everything in our power to resolve your concerns.
Please contact us within 24 hours of the completion of your cleaning appointment.
If you or your children get sick with a contagious illness (i.e. the flu, a cold, pneumonia, chicken pox, COVID 19 etc.) please call and reschedule your cleaning. Even though we sanitize your house, it is possible that we might transport germs to the next house or become sick ourselves. And to be fair to all our customers we prefer to wait until you are well again. On our end, we may call in sick as well to protect you and your family.
Yes. We understand that stuff happens. For whatever reason, you may need to reschedule your cleaning. In these instances communication is key. Please call, text or email as soon as you know that there is a conflict and we will do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the earliest convenience. If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
As long as we have a 48-hour notice there will be no rescheduling or cancellation charge. Rescheduling less than 48 hours of your appointment is possible but there is a rescheduling fee of $50.
Yes. As long as we have a 48-hour notice there will be no cancellation charge. For same day cancellation, 50% of the cleaning value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel 4 hours before cleaning or when the cleaning technician has arrived at your home, 100% of the cleaning value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
We aim to be on-time for every appointment. However stuff happens - traffic accidents, or inclement weather conditions. If your cleaning technician will be late, you will be contacted to let you know their estimated time of arrival.
If your cleaning is scheduled to occur on a statutory holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your cleaning service.
Our cleaning technician's will treat your home and belongings with the utmost care. If an incident occur during the cleaning service we will contact you immediately to advise you. Every effort will be made to repair or replace the item.
